General Description

MAGDOS LC

This solenoid driven diaphragm metering pump, MAGDOS LC, is the inexpensive alternative for simple, continuous metering tasks. MAGDOS LC is particularly suited to the water treatment and process industry.

The metering pump is equipped with a solenoid drive that operates with 120 strokes per minute at fixed pace. The MAGDOS LC is activated by connecting the power supply. Tubing connections are integrated into the check valves.

The metering pump is available in three performance ranges. The capacity is infinitely adjustable from 20 to 100% via stroke length.

Metering pump, tubing, injection nozzle, and suction line are available as complete kits.

Performance

The MAGDOS LC is available with the following features:

Capacity range from 0.53 to 1.56 gph with pressures up to 145 psig.

Manual stroke length adjustment with a 5:1 turndown ratio.

Connections are integrated with check valves.

Double ball check valves guarantee the highest accuracy and reliable feeding for viscosities up to 400 cps. Spring-loaded check valves are available for process fluids with viscosities up to 1,000 cps.

Adjustable overload protection for various pressure levels.

Applicable at ambient temperatures of up to 45oC (113oF).

Electrical data: 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, NEMA 4X/IP65 (optional: 230 VAC, 24 VDC)

Materials of Construction

Standard liquid end in PVC with option in PP. Diaphragms are PTFE-coated EPDM. Seals of Viton or EPDM are available.
