General Description1200 Series Chem-O-Feeder
The Model 1270 is a motor driven, adjustable chemical metering pump. It is capable
of handling most chemical solutions and light slurries. The simple design provides reliable and economic operation.
This mechanically actuated diaphragm pump is available in either simplex or duplex models. Each head is individually adjustable while the pump is operating.
Performance
The Model 1270 is the most economical 1200 Series pump. The simplex version has a maximum capacity range of 0.8 to 18.0 gph and pressure range up to 200 psig. It includes a heavy-duty ball bearing cam which minimizes wear and prolongs pump life.
The speed reducer is totally immersed in oil for full protection and minimal wear.
Materials of Construction
Chemical resistent heads are available in PVC, clear Tyril® and 316 Stainless Steel. Chemical resistent heads are available in PVC, clear Tyril® and 316 Stainless Steel. Combined with diaphragm selection of Hypalon® or Viton®, the Model 1270 can meet the most demanding requirements of chemical metering. Uniquely designed poppet check valves allow for more reliable seating and increased accuracy compared to the standard ball check valve.
